National Boss' Day, typically written out as Bosses Day or National Bosses Day, is a secular holiday in the USA that celebrates and honors bosses every year on the 16th of October. If October 16th falls on a weekend day then the holiday is celebrated on the closest business day to that date. This special day was created in hopes of stregthening the bond the between employers and their employees as the employees take a day to show appreciation for their boss' hard work throughout the year.
