The Miramar Air show is a major annual air show spanning three-days at the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in San Diego, California, United States. The Miramar Air Show is the biggest military air show in the United States with more than 700,000 people attending the airshow every year. The Miramar Air SHow occurs every year in the month of October during Fleet Week in San Diego.
In 2007, the Miramar Air Show was voted by the International Council of Air Shows as the "World's Best Military Air Show." This marked the first time since 1994 that this particular award was given to a Marine Corps Air Station.
