When is Emmy Awards Show in 2015?

The date of the 2015 Primetime Emmy Awards Show will be on a Sunday in September - either the 5th, 12th, 19th, or 26th. Date has yet to be released. 

In 2015, the Daytime Emmy Awards Show will be on a Sunday in June. 

 

What is Emmy Awards Show?

The Emmy Awards Show is an annual awards show handing out Emmy Awards that rewards excellence in televsion production. Most of the Emmy Awards are handed out in various sectors of the American televsion industry and as a result the Emmy Awards are split up into area-specific ceremonies held throughout the year. 

The two most popular Emmy Awards Shows are the Primetime Emmys, for excellence in primetime entertainment programming, and the Daytime Emmys, for excellence in daytime entertainment programming. Regional Emmy Awards are also hosted throughout the year, which recognizes excellence in local and state-to-state television programming. 

Other popular award shows include the People's Choice Awards, Oscar's, and The Grammy's.
